As a business strategist and a partner in The Ganten Group LLC, I've built and managed successful businesses from the ground up. I have worked to grow a small family venture into a multi-million dollar business with 2 locations and a team of 40 amazing professionals. I truly understand the daily challenges and joys of business ownership. 

I love working with businesses that don't fit into conventional frameworks. Finding outside-the-box solutions to help small businesses flourish is my passion. As a Latina woman in business, I bring a unique perspective to my work, leveraging my diverse experiences to offer inclusive and effective strategies.

I hold a degree from the University of Houston and certifications as a business strategist, mediator, and counselor. I currently reside in San Marcos, Texas, with my lively family and animals, balancing the joys and challenges of home and work like so many.
